The asphalt - concrete plant was opened in Ulyanovsk Oblast today. It produces more than 50 tons of mixture per hour, and there are only 12 people working there. The process is fully automated, everything is controlled by a computer, so  no human touch can spoil the recipe for high-quality asphalt.

The production process is fully automated: everything is controlled by a computer. “Earlier, when the weighing took place on simple scales at the plant,  the errors were large, of course. Here, everything is automatically done by modern strain gauges, that is, those recipes that are needed for a certain brand of asphalt concrete are kept very strictly” said Alexander Shadyshkov, the director of the plant.

Experts say that the new plant will produce enough products to  take care of practically all local roads.
