Our company has developed a set of equipment - sorting unit DS-1857 43.00.000-Ch.
It is designed to convert ACP from 4 to 5 fractions.
This equipment includes:
- 5-fractional mesh screen unit (part of the hot bunker and the mesh screen);
- hot materials elevator casing with a part of the working body at the height of the casing;
- 5-compartments middle block (hot bin with a block of gates);
- part of the dust pipe;
- platforms, handrails and ladders;
- additional oversize and surplus trays.

Additional Information
The mesh screen is equipped with two modern Italian-made drive motor-vibrators with a V-shaped springs arrangement. This can significantly reduce the vibration of the mixing tower.
Convenient access to screens and their easy replacement can significantly reduce the time spent on maintenance of the asphalt mixing plant.
The block of gates is equipped with stabilizing funnels to increase the stability of the material flow.
All slide bearings of the block of gates have been replaced with roller bearings. The oversized and surplus bunker is also retained.
Please note that dismantling of obsolete units and their replacement with the current set of equipment does not involve any fundamental modifications.
In order to modernize DS-185U asphalt plant according to the market needs, it is necessary to install two new units: a mesh screen unit and a middle unit.
We conclude a separate contract for installation or installation supervision.
Our specialists also undertake to modify MCC (micro-computer controller) software for 5 factions.
The upgrading of MCC is also carried out under a separate contract.
More detailed recommendations for installation are issued for a specific serial number of the asphalt plant, taking into account its completeness and design.
The supply of equipment sets intended for the conversion of DS-185U asphalt mixing plants for 5 fractions is planned to begin from August 1st, 2020.
