COMPENSATION OF 15% OF THE COST OF EQUIPMENT

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 952 of August 20, 2024 approved a program for partial compensation of the cost of domestically produced machinery and equipment (15%).

On August 4, 2025, the CMU adopted Resolution No. 935 “On Amendments to the Procedure for Implementing a Pilot Project on Partial Compensation of the Cost of Domestically Produced Machinery and Equipment within the Framework of the All-Ukrainian Economic Platform “Made in Ukraine”. In accordance with this, the List of Machinery and Equipment, the Cost of which is Compensated at the Budget, has been updated. It includes a wide range of domestic products, in particular:

-asphalt mixing plants;

-soil mixing plants;

-concrete mixing plants;

-asphalt regenerators.

By Order of the Ministry of Economy No. 625 of October 2, 2025. The products of PrJSC "Kremenchuk Road Machinery Plant", namely asphalt mixing, concrete mixing, soil mixing plants and asphalt regenerators, have been approved in the List of domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, the cost of which is partially compensated from the state budget. Compensation in the amount of 15% of the cost of machinery and equipment is provided to the buyer on a non-refundable basis.
