Warranty service

The quality of the asphalt mixing plants (Products) manufactured by PrJSC "Kredmash" (manufacturer) is in accordance with GOSTs, specifications and is confirmed by acceptance of the Quality Department.

The warranty period of operation of the asphalt mixing plants of the new model range KDM20567, KDM20667, KDM20867, KDM20967 is 15 months, is calculated from the moment of putting them into operation, but no more than 18 months from the date of the delivery of the Products by the manufacturer, provided that the rules specified in the Manual are observed on operation.

The warranty period of operation of the asphalt mixing plants DS-185, KDM 201, DS-168 of all modifications and soil mixers DS50B is 12 months, calculated from the moment of putting the plant into operation, but no more than 15 months from the moment of delivery of the Product by the manufacturer, provided that the rules specified in the Operation Manual.

The warranty does not apply to installations in the case of non-compliance by the customer with the rules specified in the Operating Manual, as well as in case of design changes made without agreement with the manufacturer.

When the Product is put into operation by specialists not certified by the manufacturer, PJSC "Kredmash" is not liable for warranty obligations.

During the installation and commissioning of the Products, the specialists of PrJSC "Kredmash" are given a Service Book, which is the basis for the manufacturer to fulfill its warranty obligations.

Post-warranty service for the Kredmash plant

Post-warranty service offered by PrJSC "Kredmash" provides for the supply of spare parts, individual units and assemblies and modernization of the units.

Thanks to direct cooperation with the manufacturing plant, our customers receive supplies of factories, consumables and spare parts in a minimum period, as well as a favorable price for all products in comparison with foreign counterparts.
