This gives a stable result and a predictable resource.

Features of the technological process:

• material reception, preliminary dosing into the feeder hopper and feeding onto the conveyor;
• conveyor transportation and loading of sand into the drying drum;
• heating to the required temperature and feeding the dried material by an elevator to the screen;
• cleaning of exhaust gases from the drum with a bag filter;
• feeding the captured sand from the separation hopper to the elevator for reuse by a screw;
• unloading the captured dust by a screw for further disposal;
• screening into three useful fractions and oversized material.

This arrangement ensures: stable heat and mass transfer in the drum, return of valuable fine fraction to the flow, environmental safety due to gas filtration and readiness of products for packaging or feeding into silos. KDM265 reduces losses, equalizes humidity and improves the quality of mixtures in concrete, dry mortars and asphalt concrete.

Integration with packaging solutions is possible - from big bags to bags. This reduces transportation costs and storage losses.
