PJSC “Kredmash” has manufactured and installed the KDM333 bitumen sprayer on a customer’s truck chassis. The first batch has already been delivered to the customer.

KDM333 bitumen sprayers are designed for transporting liquid bitumen materials from production or storage sites to road construction sites, as well as for their uniform distribution during the construction and repair of roads or other operations involving bitumen materials.

Bitumen sprayers produced by PJSC “Kredmash” are equipped with a thermally insulated tank for liquid bitumen with a capacity of 8 m³ or 11 m³, capable of heating up to 180°C. They feature a system for distributing bitumen onto the road surface, a bitumen heating system, an electro-hydraulic control system for operating components, and auxiliary equipment.

The design of the bitumen sprayer allows for the following operations:

• Filling and emptying the tank using its own pump;
• Transferring bitumen from one container to another, bypassing the tank;
• Distributing bitumen across the treated surface at a set application rate;
• Manual bitumen spreading;
• Heating bitumen with a stationary burner;
• Heating bitumen pipelines using a portable burner operating on liquid or gaseous fuel.
