PrJSC "Kredmash" has performed test assembly of its new in-house developed concrete mixing plant KDM-BSU90K with a capacity of 90 cubic meters per hour.

The components of European manufacturers are usedin the design of KDM-BSU90K:

- mixer of the world's leading producer of the Italian company SICOMA;

- augerWAM (Italy);

- pneumaticsSamozzi;

- sliding shutters WAM;

- disc shutters Camozzi and others.

The standard equipment of the plant includes: a feeding unit with a weighing conveyor and a dispenser, an inclined conveyor, a mixing unit with a unit of dispensers, a cement tank with a volume of 50 cubic meters with an auger, a water pumping station, a unit of chemical additives for two components, a control unit.

Optionally, the plant can be equipped with an additional cement capacity of 50 cubic meters with an auger, additional equipment for chemical additives for a maximum of 6 components, a set of base frames.
