Recently our plant has purchased and installed a new laser cutting machine Durma HD-F 6020 model is the laser cutting equipment of Turkish company “Durma” one of the leading manufacturers. 

Durma HD-F 6020 is characterized by its perfectly even cut, and thanks to the focusing of the cutting laser, the thickness of cut is measured in microns.

Computer control of the machine allows you to program the cutting of any configuration, the cutting process is fast and accurate.

Completion of production with a laser complex allows you to move to a higher level of metalworking.

After all, the introduction of such unit allows in the manufacture of individual parts to exclude from the technological process a number of equipment: guillotine shears, thermal cutting machines, vibrating shears, presses, vertical drilling machines.

The laser cutting complex has shown unlimited possibilities, and the processing time and the quality of the parts have exceeded all expectations.

To date, more than 1000 different parts for asphalt and ground-mixing plants, can sealers have been manufactured on DURMA equipment.
