PrJSC “Kredmash” manufactures modern and safe units that allow producing of quality asphalt. Our plants are characterized by high performance and reliability, our clients from Transcarpathia personally saw it.

Two asphalt mixing plants of new model line KDM-206 work for asphalt production.

So, the television mentioned about the success of these two units: M-Studio TV company shot a video about unit KDM206. This asphalt mixing plant is located in Mukachevo and allows producing 160 tons of mixture per hour.

The asphalt mixing plant KDM206 manufactured with using of the best European components: it does not release harmful smoke and practically does not pollute the environment.

This technique is of the European level: the entire system is automated, and the operator observes the work process, which allows controlling the quality of the mixture at each stage of its manufacture.

Finished asphalt can be supplied for roads construction within a radius of up to 80 km from the equipment location. Only with this condition, the finished product keeps its properties and temperature, which is required condition for the construction of a high-quality road.

You can evaluate the results of AMP work on Pryashevskaya street in Mukachevo and on Ivan Franko street in Khust.

The chairman of Transcarpathian regional state administration Gennadii Moskal was present at the opening of this asphalt mixing plant.

Experts note that this equipment mixes asphalt better, and also has a perfect filtration system. This makes AMP not only economical, but also as safe as possible production of the asphalt-concrete mixture: after cleaning, no more than 20 milligrams of suspended particles per cubic meter falls into the air.

The plant was assembled at extreme short term 38 days. It serves Mukachevo-Rogatin road. Like the previous unit, its design capacity is 160 tons/hour.

The work is carried out in 3 shifts in order to perform all work on the site as quickly and as qualitatively as possible.

In total, in Transcarpathian region of Ukraine in 2018 were installed 5 new asphalt mixing plants of PrJSC "Kredmash" production.

In the future, in Transcarpathian region, it is planned to open some AMP manufactured by Kredmash, which guarantees a significant increase in the level of asphalt production in Ukraine, so that every automobilist who travels on the roads of this region will be able to assess the quality of the coating and its compliance with European standards.
