The technical specialists of PrJSC "Kredmash" in the shortest possible time developed a complete package of technical documentation for serial production of a line of concrete mixing plants with a capacity of 60 m3/h and 90 m3/h of ready-mixed concrete.
The new model range of concrete mixing plants was designed taking into account the needs of Ukrainian consumers in high-quality and cheap concrete.
The components of the leading European and world manufacturers are used in the concrete mixing plants manufactured by PrJSC "Kredmash". So, the heart of the new plant is a twin-shaft mixer of the world leader in this field - the Italian company SICOMA.
Newconcrete mixing plants produced by “Kredmash”, for the convenience of consumers, are designed in 2 configurations - with a skip lift or with a conveyor with an inclination.
The plants provide weight dosing of stone materials, cement, water, chemical additives, mixing them in a mixer, and unloading of ready-made concrete into vehicles.The control of the entire plant is centralized and carried out by means of a microprocessor control system. New concrete mixing plants are made in automobile size. According to the needs of consumers, they can be equipped with one or two silos for cement.
