Training of the group of AMP machine operators in Kremenchug

On January 25th, 2021 in Kremenchug at the educational and methodological center of PrJSC "Kredmash" started training for machine operators of asphalt-mixing plants.

A group of 27 people started training under the specialty "AMP machine operator". The training will last until February 26th, 2021.

Classes are held in classrooms equipped with simulator panels. Modern projector with a screen is used in the learning process, thanks to which the students can clearly study the structure of the asphalt mixing plant.

Lectures are given by highly qualified specialists-teachers with extensive experience in design, installation and commissioning of equipment of various modifications of asphalt mixing plants.

The term of study is 30 academic days. The curriculum is 240 academic hours and includes the study of the types of asphalt mixing plants, process flow diagrams of plants, design features of the main units, installation and commissioning features, maintenance, basic concepts of electrical circuits, the study of MCS (microprocessor control system) and CCCS (computer centralized control system), etc.

The training program includes practical exercises on KDM208 asphalt mixing plant installed in Kremenchug.

Upon completion of the training, the future machine operators will take exams and, if passed, they will receive Certificates allowing them to work on asphalt and ground-batching plants manufactured by PrJSC "Kredmash".
