Training of the group of AMP machine operators in Kremenchug: the next stream of study

The next training group of machine operators of asphalt-mixing plants will start training at the educational and methodological center of PrJSC "Kredmash" on March 15th, 2021 in Kremenchug.

The previous group, which started training in the specialty "AMP machine operator" on January 25th, 2021, has already completed the course program.

On February 26th, 2021, the students passed the exams and they were awarded with Certificates allowing to work on the asphalt-mixing plants produced by PrJSC "Kredmash".

Future operators of AMP are trained in classrooms equipped with simulator panels. In order to visualize the training and maximum immersion in the working environment, the teachers use a modern projector with a screen, which allows you study in depth the structure of the asphalt mixing plant.

Lecturers are given by the specialist-teachers with extensive experience in the design of asphalt plants: from the design of various modifications of asphalt mixing plants and ending with their installation and commissioning.

The term of stuff training is 30 academic days. It includes 240 academic hours, during which students will study:

• types of AMP;
• design features of the main components and assemblies;
• flow sheets of the equipment;
• nuances of installation and commissioning;
• key concepts about electrical circuits;
• study of MCS (microprocessor control system) and CCCS (computer centralized control system);
• maintenance and so on.

At the end of the course, the group will have exams and, if they pass successfully, the students will be awarded with the Certificates that give them the right to work on the asphalt mixing and ground-batching plants of Kremenchug Plant of Road Machines.
