PJSC "Kredmash" has mastered the production of a new generation of asphalt mixing plants manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the EU standards. In April 2017, the KDM2097 plant with a capacity of 110 t/h was put into operation near the city of Poltava.

The structural features of this product are: stone material is cut into 5 fractions by means of the new screening; the heat insulation of the "hot" hopper has been introduced; the level of stone materials in the compartments is controlled by continuous level measurement sensors; the accuracy of dosing of stone materials and bitumen has been improved; a fundamentally new design of bag filters has been introduced; the loading width for stone materials has been increased up to 3,5 m in the power unit;  "soft" heating of bitumen by thermal oil has been applied, and much more.

All the main components and crucial nodes were supplied by European manufacturers: burners, screw air compressors, pneumatics, motor reducers, filter cloth,  electricals, etc.

The units and aggregates of the asphalt mixing plant have dimensions fit for road  transportation and that ensures a reduction of transportation costs for the customers when relocating the equipment.

The leaders of Poltava and the region, heads and experts from road organizations were present when the KDM-2097 plant was commissioned.
