The new asphalt concrete plant will be installed in the capital of Dagestan

According to Magomedsaid Hasanov, in the coming days the adjacent territory to the plant will be landscaped, the gas pipeline will be supplied, which will speed up the process of equipment installation, and the asphalt paver will be purchased.

The official commissioning of the plant will take place in December, and the first batch of asphalt will be produced.

The purchase of the new asphalt plant is a significant event in the life of Makhachkala, which will significantly improve the quality of road repairs and bring the industry to the new level of development.

High-quality asphalt concrete mixtures produced at the new plant will be used in the construction of road surfaces at facilities in Makhachkala.

“Our team is working on the installation of the modern asphalt mixing plant with the best price-performance ratio. This is a new generation of asphalt mixers that meet all modern requirements for environmental friendliness, reliability in operation, and the quality of the produced asphalt," - said the representative of “KREDMASH” company, head of the team Vladimir Novichikhin.

The new asphalt concrete plant will have no analogues in Makhachkala and Dagestan in terms of productivity and technical characteristics.

Asphalt production will be fully automated. In the operator's cabin, all equipment is manufactured and equipped according to German technologies. Environmentalists will not have any problems either, because all equipment complies with environmental safety standards.

The plant will be serviced by one operator, the truck driver, the bitumen station maintenance technician and the duty electrician. Only 4 working persons.

The plant includes the asphalt mixing plant, several storage tanks for bitumen, storage facilities for mineral powder, rubber and crushed stone, and the power plant. In the near future, it is planned to construct several household buildings - a changing room, a shower room and a rest room for the plant's employees.

Magomedsaid Hasanov got acquainted with unique technologies that allow achieving of high productivity, accuracy and unprecedented flexibility while reducing the cost of the mixture. The modern asphalt concrete plant does not occupy kilometers of area, there are no usual factory workshops here either. However, great hopes are expected on this production.

For the design, assembly and commissioning of the plant, the company from Ukraine was involved -  public joint stock company “Kremenchug Plant of Road Machines “KREDMASH”. This company is a leading manufacturer of asphalt mixing plants and spare parts for them.

Let us recall that the purchase of the asphalt plant for the municipality took place on the initiative of the acting Head of Makhachkala Municipal Administration Magomed Suleimanov.

On November 14th, the head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of Makhachkala Municipal Administration Magomedsaid Hasanov visited the village of Krasnoarmeysk in order to inspect the progress of the installation of the asphalt plant.

The purchase of the asphalt plant for the municipality was initiated by the acting Head of Makhachkala Municipal Administration Magomed Suleimanov.
