Machine Builders Day: overview of innovations of municipal equipment of PrJSC Kredmash

As part of City Day celebration on September 23rd and on the occasion of Machine Builders Day, a large exhibition of municipal equipment used for street cleaning, road repair and construction, improvement of green spaces, and infrastructure maintenance was held on Independence Square.

At the exhibition, our company showed samples of small municipal equipment, which are successfully used by municipal utilities, asphalt regenerator RA-802, mini-sprayer KDM337 and KDM337-02, small-sized mini-sprayer KDM3391. And also for the first time a new development of PJSC “Kredmash” designers the snow plow KDM160 was presented.

The snow plow KDM160 is capable of snow drifts cleaning on any hard surface - asphalt, concrete, paving slabs and paving stones. It is equipped with an autonomous hydraulic drive for medium-duty trucks with unladen weight of six to fifteen ton.

The product has a lot of modern elements. The plow blade is made of low pressure polyethylene of high density and thick of 5 mm. Rubber knives bought at a specialized company.

The frame has a separate mechanism for lifting, lowering and turning, carried out with using of a hydraulic drive. On the hinge plate, you can adjust the installation height of the snow plow.

The plow is equipped with a hydraulic station (mini-unit), side lights and electrical control systems. It has working body width of 2.5 meters, conveniently and quickly mounted on the vehicle.
