A new generation DS-50B ground mixing plant designed as a vehicle-mounted is installed at the exhibition site of PrJSC "Kredmash".

The new model of ground mixing plant differs from the previous ones in the following:

• the ground mixing plant is designed as a vehicle-mounted;
• the design of the ground mixing plant allows the production of high-quality cement-soil and bitumen-soil mixtures, "lean" concrete, as well as mixtures using the "cold recycling" technology due to the weight dosing of bulk components of the mixture (crushed stone, sand, asphalt granulate, cement), as well as dosing of water and bitumen emulsion with the help of flow meters controlled by a microprocessor control system);
• the possibility of addition of various chemical additives in the production of "lean" concrete to increase the plasticity, frost resistance of the mixture;
• the availability of a shelter on the inclined conveyor;
• inclined conveyor and mixing unit are equipped with convenient service platforms.
